We are delighted to announce that Alderson’s, Builders and Funeral Directors together, have donated a defibrillator to the village.

As most of you will be aware, this year we celebrate our 100 years in business, as part of our celebrations we wanted to give something back to our local community as a way of showing our appreciation for their support over the years.

The defibrillator has been installed on Alderson’s Builders shop front and has been activated by North East Ambulance Service and is now fully operational.

We hope this proves to be big asset to Ushaw Moor and the wider community.
