We were attracted to Aldersons Building Services profile by being a long-established traditional family business,with “old school” values and a wealth of experience.  From our initial meeting and their introduction to an architect who could realise our design concept perfectly.  We had a good feeling that we had chosen well, and our project would be completed to exceed our expectations.

We were impressed that the build was well scheduled with good project management of all resources and materials.  The preparation and groundworks were excellent, and we felt confident that the team knew exactly what they were doing.  On occasions when queries were raised they were very quick to respondand offer a satisfactory resolution

The highlight of the project will always be the finished result which is a testament to the quality of craftsmanship throughout the project.  A further highlight was the erection of the steelwork which was a masterclass in competent teamwork and expert working practices.

The entire team were personable, consistently polite, friendly & professional. They were always respectful of our privacy and always sympathetic to our needs and that of our neighbours. Ultimately, they were a pleasure to have in and around our home!

It should be noted that many of the team have longevity of service and the whole team speak freely and highly of their employer which is always a good sign.

We chose Aldersons to complete our project, and we are more than delighted with the finished result.
